"My wife and I stayed for five nights from 14-19 November. Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean. "Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
