"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel. "

"Friendly and service at it best as usual. Searching for available car park lot can take a bit of time, but this is kind of normal for Kuala Lumpur isn’t it. Overage high recommending this hotel to everyone visiting KL. "

"1. Loved the room & the view 2. I had requested a smoking room in my reservations & even sent a message to remind. I received an email back saying allocation is based on availability. But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"Property start to rundown. Used living room restaurant for breakfast and high tea. It is not great, foods are not fresh, no service attitude. Table and placemat are not clean properly. Room phone are not working even after told the front desk, hence not able to order IRD. "

"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room. 8.5 out of 10!"

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests. I do not know why check in takes this long. When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins. Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking. Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust. I will not stay here again."
