good hotel for transit. spacious and clean room. it was very convenient that the hotel has free shuttle bus service to KLIA 2.
Nice hotel, comfortable,.
Great place for extended transit at KLIA with comfortable beds, decent breakfast and reasonable prices
Don't make the mistake of booking here if you're flying air Asia. The terminal is different and NOT convenient
The 12 hour booking suited my needs. I would have liked more of a choice of items on menu for breakfast.
Very pleasant and silent place to have rest, I caught up on my sleep after 13hours long flight and relaxed on massage chair for the rest of my time at napzone, it was very refreshing.
Great staff, friendy, helpful. Good choice if you want shelter for a night between flights, no need to leave the terminal building at klia2. Remember that you must go through security and have your boarding pass to enter, and there is no way back - here you are, this is a transit hotel.
Certainly sufficient as an on-site KUL hotel. Rate included breakfast which was fine.
Great location and value. If you have a layover this is a must
