Well located by the KL sentral station. Nice interiors and clean room. Was given a high floor with mostly quiet room during the night. A bit of internal noise when the house keeping is working in other rooms on the same floor. The breakfast was varied but mostly same things for the three nights. They kept putting me in similar corner for breakfast as I was by myself. The laksa was overly salty and food was average in taste. The food option at nearby NU shopping mall was alright but not tasty. They share gym and sauna facilities with Le Méridien next door. Good for couple of days stay max.

Hilton KL is Sentral's best bet

Everything speaks of quality and comfort for the customer. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities like the pool or gym, it looked inviting. Maybe next time. Love the breakfast spread and the friendly service of concierge lead, Arif. Thank you Hilton, I will certainly be back.

I’ll stay here over and over

This was a great stay. The rooms are outdated but for the money I paid, I received more than I paid. Onsen, convenience store stocked with goodies, shuttle to airport and the mall and train station.

The customer service was exemplary. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was delightful - very powerful. It was just over the road from Sentral station which was convenient getting the train to and from the airport. The hotel has excellent views and we appreciated these in our executive suite on 33rd floor. The hotel also went to great measures to celebrate my daughter's birthday - a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for this. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend this hotel.
