Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. Great service. We chose a room that included the Horizon Club. We felt the added value offset the price. Excellent breakfast selections, nice afternoon tea and happy hour canapés were all delicious with good variety. We spent time by the pool and the area was a tropical paradise.

Staffs all around the hotel were really friendly and welcoming. The room I booked was well maintained as well! Would loved it more if they had a cocktail bar in the hotel :)

Room is good. Everything works (usually does not in other KL hotels), including the inbuilt USB charger. Staff are also very courteous. Free car parking for guests too.

Stayed in the Horizon Lounge room and had a good breakfast everyday. Room condition is a bit aged and should have a makeover soon. Bed mattress was excellent though - had very good sleep every night! Hotel is close and walkable to Pavilion and KLCC

We had an excellent experience. I was a bit apprehensive travelling with an infant and a newborn but they made us feel so welcome. From the tent for my infant to the small amenities and friendly staff - it was one of the best stays that we have had. Highly recommend!
