"I've stayed in this building multiple times. It's not in the heart of the Bukit Bintang action, but it's good because in the immediate vicinity there are multiple cheap, good restaurants that give a decent slice of KL life. And, there's a good cafe at the end of the shopping strip that works well for getting laptop work done. And three handy stores that have basic stuff.
