Nice central hotel close to malls and the city centre. The room is a bit older so could do with a refresh but not bad
Location is perfect. Just within the hotel, they have a pretty big mall with tons of restaurants, shopping outlets, and an indoor amusement park. Food at the hotel was so so and not for the westernized tongue.
It has the best location, this is my second visit to the hotel since 14 years. They did not change much , I fell it bit old. Breakfast was average. The service is excellent
Breakfast good. Staff generally have good attitude and helpful. Room clean and good shower. But unhappy that connecting rooms were not arranged despite that I have sent a request/reminder to the hotel for few times. Though I understand that connecting rooms are subject to availability, I still think ...
Definitely a 4 star hotel, great location at the Ibis stop on the monorail, walking distance to Jalan Alor, Chinatown, and Central Market, and Twin towers
