Love the gym, lots of equipments for full range workout. Also love the flexibility of 24/7 access for hotel guests. Probably can check the Aircon for room 2217. Not cold enough. I had feedback to hotel but condition not improved. I didn’t haggle with hotel as I was only in KL for 2 nights.

The hotel had upgraded it's facilities, such as providing ramp for wheelchair & strollers, all rooms & lift access are contactless, rooms are renovated (new modern look), the Restaurant are bigger & good varieties of food.
The staff and new rooms are great. The bathroom marble floor needs to be buffed to remove stains created during construction. The Lobby needs more seating and could be more inviting.
