I love the Majestic. The location, the facility, not ostentatious but classic, very quiet despite its central location. They provide the shuttle service to/from KL Sentral. The hotel faces so many KL iconic buildings and towers. I can't get enough of the view. There are other hotels more centrally located or annexed to KL sentral but I would stay at the Majestic.

This hotel was amazing. Staff were excellent, Heritage room was beautiful with Heritage furniture and claw bath. Dinner was fantastic and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended if staying in KL.

The location is a bit annoying - it's on a highway and taking a car may require it turning around a kilometer down the road. Walking to and from the train station require a highway overpass, and there's no restaurants nearby. But the Majestic itself was lovely! Well maintained and beautiful, good staff comfortable rooms.

We stayed in the Old Wing. Our suite was very comfortable, the bed enormous and the bathroom stylish. Some minor niggles apart - one of the shower taps was dodgy- everything about the room was wonderful. Malaysian hotels struggle with maintenance and this was apparent at the Majestic too. It’s not a problem yet but could be in the future. The breakfasts in the Tower Wing restaurant offered the widest choice I have seen. Coffee was not great though - stick to making your own tea. The bar in the Old Wing is comfortable with good cocktails and pleasant live music. The location of the hotel is not ideal and KL is not a walkable city but it’s a short (unpleasant) walk to Muzium Negara MRT which will then take you to Chinatown in 5 minutes. The hotel has a shuttle to KL Sentral in daylight hours, which is useful. Staff are great - friendly and efficient.

The Room is very big and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good but same almost everyday. The front staff especially Melo fellow Filipino was very helpful and accommodating. We wont kind staying here again.

Superb hotel, amazing welcome from the moment you step out of the taxi. Beautiful suite, lovely bed and excellent quality bed linen. Great food in the restaurant, try the afternoon tea a very British feel to the service. Can’t fault this hotel, well apart from the lukewarm tea at breakfast.

Everything was excellent from walking in to walking out . The Hotel was beautiful and very colonial style , the staff were attentive and always super polite , the room was top notch and the food was great . Only negative it was a little far from everything needed taxi but cheap .
