"The room and bathroom were clean. Nice views overlooking Merdeka 118 tower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar on the 7th floor. They should leave the air conditioner on in the lifts, it was very stuffy. "

"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel. "

"1. Loved the room & the view 2. I had requested a smoking room in my reservations & even sent a message to remind. I received an email back saying allocation is based on availability. But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"After a rather unfortunate experience during our first night on 6/6/25 in Room 1912, we were pleasantly surprised by how much things turned around the following night. Our stay on 7/6/25 in Room 1111 was a completely different and much more comforting experience. The room, while not offering the best view, was clean, cozy, and provided a much-needed sense of relaxation. A special mention must go to the receptionist, Linda, who truly made a difference. Her kind and empathetic approach, along with her sincere apologies for our earlier experience, helped us feel heard and reassured. She consistently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and her thoughtful demeanor played a key role in improving our overall impression. Although the beginning of our stay was less than ideal, the professionalism and hospitality we experienced on the second night more than made up for it. We appreciate the effort made to turn things around and left feeling much more satisfied. Thank you for the attentive service and for making our stay end on a positive note!"

"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room. 8.5 out of 10!"
