Overall great experience at The Westin. Good location where shopping and food are abundant.

the experience is not really good. first day when we checked in, the bathtub however was leaking. request for a room change however told that the apartment was fully booked. when asked for extra towel due to leakage, did not bring any towel instead giving 101 excuses. they have iron but no iron board. ...

we had a pleasant stay. its walking distance to the shopping centres.

Location is very bad with constructions, swimming pool tiles are broken. Staffs are friendly.

Very good location at the city center. Only thing that would be a negative will be traffic during the day.

The bathroom is well designed and spacious, 2 persons get to use the 2 separate wash basins at the same time!
