"Stayed at WOLO for the first time and it was perfect. We were on L18 in the Gold room, great view but really quiet (excellent sound proofing!) and are in the middle of Bukit Bintang."

"Room was clean and amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap were from Aesop. Even though we experienced an electricity trip, staff were super helpful and resourceful. They were quick to react and ensured we were moved very quickly - all sorted in 30 mins. Bravo! Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion as well. Will def be back."

"Spacious room for a family of three with an extra single bed apart from double bed. Only minus is that there is no bathroom door, it’s an open bathroom so if u are sharing with child or family, there is a privacy issue. Otherwise Very good central location in bukit bintang. All shopping close by. "

"We stayed at the Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur twice this year. It is a very beautiful, more traditional Malaysian hotel with an amazing foyer featuring huge chandeliers. The staff are very polite and helpful at all times, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever encountered, with a huge selection of foods. We will definitely stay at the Royale Chulan again when in Kuala Lumpur and cannot recommend it highly enough."
