We had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond every step of the way from check-in to the pool to housekeeping. The turndown service was top notch and the food by the pool is cooked right next to you. It’s some of the best food I’ve had. I would definitely go back to this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to KL.

Room cleaning was excellent and staff were brilliant. Our room overlooked the park and dancing fountains which looked great, specially at night . We also could see the Petronas twin towers. Large shopping mall was next to the hotel. Would recommend for facilities, food, staff and position for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

Absolutely everything! First the greeting from doorman to check-in and the best concierge Subra. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the food delicious. If ever I come back I will stay in this magnificent hotel! Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

What a wonderful experience! The hotel, the location, the staff. All 5 stars! We were lucky enough to get a special deal with Expedia to stay in the Club Rooms for an amazing price, with breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks included. The staff were so attentive and kind. The location was great - closer to the MRT than expected and under cover all the way there. This is our second visit to KL and we would stay here again. Happily.

Breakfast menu excellent. Rooms clean and well appointed. Evening cocktail offering in the Club Lounge not what it was, which was disappointing. No lunch provided in the club lounge anymore, which added to the disappointment. This stay nowhere near as good as previous visits.

Incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were lovely and helpful. Amazing central location and we had a fantastic scenic view of the Petronas towers! The room was spacious. The pool area was also lovely with an amazing view and the gym had a variety of equipment with the sauna, steam room, cold plunge and hot tub! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting KL!

Really took care of us.Appreciate it was really busy with two conferences going on but it was managed well by the hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff were incredibly friendly. Good introduction to the room with staff remembering our names which was unusual. Overall a very nice experience

Our second time staying at the MO KL. It didn’t disappoint. We had club access which was extremely useful if you want to work on your laptop or take meetings outside of your room, you can use the club, very convenient, comfortable and great views over KLCC park and the Petronas Towers. The club offering refreshments and an alternative location for breakfast was brilliant as we were staying over Christmas the hotel was extremely busy. We tried breakfast both on the main ground floor and at the club, more variety and fresher tasting fruit on the ground floor but less crowded and more intimate on the club floor. Didn’t have time to use the pool this time but it’s fantastic, used the well equipped and large gym daily! All hotel gyms should be like this! Thank you to the team at MO KL for making our stay memorable and a special Christmas trip.

Great stay at MO in KL. This was our first visit to the country and we have nothing but great things to say! Everything from check in to check out has been fab! We have enjoyed using the amenities and the location of the hotel is second to none! We would happily return to another MO around the world based on KL’s hospitality!
