I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. A special thank you to the team for the complimentary room upgrade — it was a pleasant surprise and truly appreciated. It made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. The breakfast was great. So much variety. The egg station was excellent, especially Amir K, junior sous chef. He was so friendly. Our floor attendant Wahid was exceptional. Best service ever! So warm and friendly. Everyone in the Executive Lounge was great especially Magis, Kush and Aidil. Also Ms. Shandala provided great service. It was my wife's bday and they surprised us with cake and beautiful towel animal decorations.
