room was overall good. however reception was unable to find my booking during check-in but was prompt to let me check in 1st and will check with expedia the next working day. overall good experience.

Pleasant decor, comfortable and good-sized rooms, large closets, good pool and extremely convenient location. Very busy area and can be hard to access by car or taxi.

room clean look normal and good condition.. the place easy going to shopping and many stall and hawker.

We loved our stay at the Park Royal KL. It's walking distance to shopping malls like Lot10 and Sungei Wang and just a little further from Farenheit88 and Pavillion. Staying in the Orchid Rooms were a great choice and well worth the top up from the standard rooms.
