"As I stayed for 2 night with 5 rooms, my room 913 had housekeeping request but the standard of making up the bed was appalling. The bedsheets was crumbled a d the co.forter was just slip to cover the bed. The housekeeping personnel was a young foreign Indian male. As a frequent traveller for my line of work, this bed making standard is far from a 5 star hotel protocol. On a strong note, your front desk staffs were excellent . Just an honest feedback"

"This is a great choice of hotel if you like shopping as it’s right next to the gorgeous Pavilion Mall. It’s also so close to the Bukit Bintang station which means you can easily take the train to other malls nearby such as TRX mall. The rooms are very nice as well. Lots of space to move about. I really would be very happy to stay here again!"

"The pool area is the main attraction here, awesome views. The room was huge! But you can see the building is not new, many little fixes needed in the room, don't get me wrong, great stay, but you can see the building is not new in the details. Breakfast was ok, had options in terms of continental vs asian, but not extensive. Staff was amazing! Overall, great stay."
