    Great 3 night stay! The entrance staff were amazing and check in/out counter staff were ok. On check in the staff didn’t really tell me where the elevators were or what time/floor breakfast was so I had to ask all the questions. The bedrooms were spacious but a little outdated and worn out with scratches and bumps but overall there was nothing to complain about. The amenities were sufficient and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was great but no 5* level bar service. A little expensive drinks. Be careful at the swimming pool as some of the tiles are quite sharp, I had cut my finger in one of the areas. Breakfast was great, a lot to chose from. It ranges from western continental breakfasts to Chinese congee, nasi lemak, rice noodles, curry, fruits and pastries. If you miss your breakfast you can also exchange it for the lunch buffet and just pay the difference. If you are with a family or luggage, I highly recommend the hotel taxi service, they pick you up from arrivals straight to hotel and back. The service was amazing! The location was amazing, 5 min walk from Jalan Alor and right next to the main shopping centres with great food courts. The Petrona towers and KLCC garden, aquarium is also a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall a great stay.…

    This is my second (but definitely not last) visit to this property. Having stayed here before, I knew what type of suite I wanted to book and opted for the one bedroom premier. Well worth it as it comes with a comfortable sitting room and kitchen with a separate bedroom. The only difference this time round is that I'm on the 29th rather than the 25th floor but hey, it's good to travel and the views are amazing. The check in took no time at all and it was great to see the same friendly team I remembered from my previous visit. You'll read from the other reviews how amazing the pools are and I can never get tired of lying by the pool looking at the KL tower. It's also a great place to be when the sun goes down as you see the city start to light up around you. Breakfast is available on the ground floor and has a wide variety of hot and cold options available. For me, this hotel just gets things right. There's an excellent team here and I'd like to give a shout out to housekeeping who are friendly and do an excellent job.…

    The staff were pretty nice to us about leaving early, telling us the way around and being kind when we accidentally left our tablet there. The common areas were quite nice for hanging out in. However, the room we stayed in most definitely had a bed bug problem that had been there for some time. Unfortunately we just thought it was mosquitoes for about two days. The mattress itself definitely needed to be replaced. Thankfully the staff did offer a refund or to switch rooms. I do not blame the property as bed bugs are common throughout traveler hostels, but we simply did not want to risk spreading it elsewhere by staying there. The bathrooms were not well kept and could use some work. The people were quite friendly and it was nice to have free tea and coffee and purchasable beer on site.…
