I was a bit stressed as my luggage from Istanbul did not arrive. Dealing with a super warm reception person helped a great deal. After learning of my ordeal, she upgraded me to a very nice room! She didnt have to do that. After checking out, Asmawi at concierge also put in an extra effort to get me a Grab which was difficult during peak traffic. Several Grab drivers opted out but Asmawi persisted until I got my Grab for KLIA express. Will definitely stay here again."
