"Hotel was conveniently located in Bukit Bintang, with many malls surrounding it. Th room looked a little dated, but was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay."

"A beautiful hotel and well positioned. The hotel was at capacity so check-in was long and rooms were not ready either prior to check-in but 1 hour after. My superior room had a "faux" window and no possibilty to upgrade as the hotel was full. The cleaning staff were excellent and so meticulous. The team were so friendly. The food variety and quality in Shook was okay, not the best I have experienced for breakfast, we did not have lunch there as it was a fixed menu. The Dim Sum place was excellent. Having been at JW Marriott KL over 20 years ago, I believe it has lost its shine. The pool was only okay and small things like replacement of a cloth laundry bag for one use plastic is not good for the enviornment. TV Stations for the family was reduced from previously,"
