"I had a wonderful experience at the JW hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and helpful. However, I do expect higher standard of breakfast from a 5 star hotel."

I really love the hotel Vibes
"Your hotel is so instagramable and aesthetic I really love the swimming pool, breakfast and your room. I would recommend and will repeat to check in here again. Just the parking quite disappointed because very limited and need to pay. Others was okay."

"Really, all around great stay in a brand new and excellent hotel, right in the heart of KL.
The service was really good, place is clean and modern, location couldn't really be much better, a 3min walk to Bukit Bintang main Street, and they even gave me a free upgrade in a spaceous room with good view, tall windows, and great amenities. The breakfast was okay, though I only had it once. There perhaps is some room for improvement with breakfast, but being in KL that was very low on my list of priorities given the fantastic food all around the area. Another small thing was some noise reaching through the walls from a bit noisy neighbours, yet I wouldn't say it was too bad and is trumped by all the positives this place has to offer. Gym in a high floor, rooftop pool area are also amazing.
Really good stay, probably my favourite stay in a big city hotel, great balance."

"What did i like?
Dorsett Residences - great view from the infinity pool and its on the 30th floor with .unit wasfantastic although i think in 2022, you should already have a smart tv with Netflix.
What i didnt like?
Upon arrival my unit was not ready this was post 3pm. Then they wanted to so call upgrade me to the hotel which i agreed to. The Dorsett Hotel room is pretty run down. Spotted a roach in the room then immediately asked if my initial unit that i booked is ready or not but they unfortunately said itll be ready the next day only. Asked for a wine glass and the guy who answered my call just said that it is ramadan time and our staffs are busy handling a buka puasa event. Upon stressing on how can you say that to an in house guest then he mentioned will try to get someone to provide the glass. Wanted to order dinner and he mentioned our restaurants are only for buka puasa reservations which need to reserve earlier. This was not mentioned on the site. Best part he did not even apologize for the inconvenience caused. The pool at the hotel was also closed for maintenance
The Dorsett Residences is 10x better than the hotel. Although they need to do something about the smell that always comes out from the toilet room.
Guards are pretty unwelcoming as well. One of the days from my stay i went out late night and came back to know the parking was full. Upon asking where else to park then he just dont know go and ask the reception which then i had to park the car at an
