"Nice Hotel close to Monorail & major shopping cntr"
our basic room was a bit small with a tiny window and "wall to wall" bed which meant that one had to cross over the other partner if you wanted to get out of bed. Room rate included breakfast and the range of items for breakfast was excellent. The lobby had an excellent pastry and coffee shop.

"Best service apartment in KL area."
I've been travelling to KL with frequency for 20 years now. I am constantly looking for good, new places to stay. Lanson Place Service Apartments on Bukit Ceylon is the best I found so far. The service is exceptional, particularly from "Bowie" who makes check-in a breeze and she's great with local recommendations.

"Minimalistic with hot showers and electric kettle."
15mins walk from Berjaya Times Square. Arrival at 1.30pm. Waited until 2.00pm for room. There are no bellboys. Man up. Given Room 805, not a non-smoking room but no cigarette smell. Has a minimalist approach. No minibar, table & chair. What looks like flimsy bedside table is actually quite sturdy. Faces the street & carpark on the 4th floor. Noise inevitable. Air conditioning almost non-existent, most probably centralised. Bathroom ventilation was colder. Room keycard utilises nfc function which will cause an error if it touches anything metallic. Happened twice. Kept going to reception to reset it. On one occasion another guest facing the same issue requested the same. So this isn't an isolated case. A safe was provided but it was inconveniently placed at the bottom so you had to bend all the way down or get on your knees to access it. Power & phone socket located centre of the headboard. Housekeeping knocked my travel charger UNDER the bed. Had a fun time searching for it & pulling out the mattress & frame to get to it. Doors placed close to one another & the door springs were strong so it slams the door close. You have 3 other doors in close proximity, so if you are a light sleeper plus active neighbors, you won't be sleeping. On the 2nd night around 11pm the night staff can be heard shouting & talking loudly at the carpark. Minus points there. Energetic & boisterous staff but need to be mindful of guests at night. Reception is helpful and friendly.

"Nice modern design and love the set up of the room"
Very pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was clean and had everything there needed to be. Glass panel between shower and the room added a major brownie point! Also there was the option of rain shower head - absolutely loved it! Breakfast was surprisingly good too. Will definitely stay there again next time.

"Good Stay - Basic but comfortable"
Was on a short getaway for 3D2N. Finding the hotel was easy as it's quietly tucked at the corner along Jalan Bukit Bintang. Staff was friendly and efficient during the checking in and out process; could see that they have all the expected guests' bookings ready. Was done in less than 5 minutes for both checking in and out. Booked the standard room with two single beds. Room was basic but comfortable and clean with some toiletries; good considering the price paid. Despite the minimal amenities, the stay was comfortable enough. Hot shower is available for the room booked. Can't open my room on the 2nd day with the card but staff was friendly and quick to fix the issue. This hotel is perfect for those: - staying for a few nights in KL; - would like reasonable hotel price for a 3 star hotel which provides basic but comfortable room; - who would like shop at places such as Low Yat Plaza, Sungei Wang and Berjaya Times Square. Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88 and Pavilion are within walking distance as well. Overall, hotel exceeds expectations for a 3 star hotel - will stay again.

"Great hotel close to transport, restaurants, shops"
Very pleasant and attentive staff and rooms spacious and well furnished with view over the gardens and swimming pool. Breakfast in the gardens rather than main dining provided a great start to each day.
