Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

8/10 Good
"Decent hotel with Excellent views. I would recommend the breakfast because it has amazing views. I would recommend against ordering room service due to cold food arriving and poor quality. We had to have food redone, and had to dispute room charges after being double charged. For the price point ithe hotel should do better. i would only recommend for one night because of the Excellent views if booking a tower view."

"We had the absolute best time during our stay at the InterContinental! From the moment we stepped through the doors, the concierge team set the tone for a flawless visit, they were consistently so kind, polite, and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotelโ€™s location was exceptionally convenient, with everything we wanted to explore right nearby. Each morning started on a high note because the breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a incredible selection that made every meal a treat. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was how thoughtfully the staff celebrated our wedding anniversary. We made use of their spa service which was a wonderful experience at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make us feel special by beautifully decorating our room and surprising us with a delicious cake. This was genuinely the best stay ever. Thank you to the entire InterContinental team for making our wedding anniversary so extraordinarily special! We can't wait to come back."

"I didnโ€™t feel good about the city of Kuala Lumpur at first. First the couple invited me there did not show up. Airport signs were confusing. Taxi drivers didnโ€™t take Visa or Master cards and a guys wanted to charge me 20 Ringgit from Berjaya Times Square to Holiday Inn Express city center only about 10-15 minutes of walking distance. It took me 4 hours finally getting to the hotel from the airport thanks to all these confusion. I pissed so much and wanted to leave the country immediately. But Bakesh soothed me. He calmed me down and guided me patiently to finish my two days tour by staying in your place comfortably. I appreciate his hospitality and eventually started to enjoy the tour during my staying there. It really wonderful and I love it though lots of setbacks."
