The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. "Fuss free hotel and directly connected to the mall with plenty of eateries and shops / medical clinics nearby. Also sheltered walkway to Gardens mall with all the luxuries. Overall quite a good stay and no complains. If there is one thing to improve on, it would be the television. It has very little channels only the local tv stations. but its not an issue for me. Breakfast buffet was also decent for the price. Highly recommend."

"Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!"
