Unexpectedly bad attitude and services. No service languages at front desk nor restaurant.
My package wasn’t included a breakfast and when i was walking in the restaurant they have checked their list and sent me in, so i would have expected they knew. While i was eating, 3 staffs! 3 staffs came to me at different time just to tell me my package was not including breakfast. Seriously? I have already said I knew the first time. FINE! When i was leaving the restaurant the staff stopped me rudely and commanded me to pay on spot. Never in my life of travelling all these years around the world been asked to pay for a meal with this terrible manner!!
Alright, fine, i was going to pay cos I wasn’t going to go back anyway. That’s when I realised the price of the breakfast was not the same as what was mentioned on the Expedia description. So i showed the staff my booking details and wanted them to double check. And that staff just said “this is what we going to charge” and not willing to double check at all. Fine, was thinking may be the restaurant staff didn’t know how to check on that. So I paid without further discussion and got down to chat with the front desk staff. Interestingly saying, they literally told me to check with Expedia on my own because they would never charge their breakfast this price.
What? So it became my responsibility that you guys didn’t communicate well on what supposed to be selling on a platform?
Honestly, not recommended this hotel! That is.
