Best hotel we've stayed during our two week stay in Malaysia. Breakfast was excellent with varieties and freshness. Rooms are clean and water pressure for shower is great. AC is just right, not too cold. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is so comforting!!! Soft pillows and bed! Location is super convenient. Easily accessible to the MRT, LRT and KLIA trains.

This hotel fully deserves every star. The room might not be huge, but it's perfectly arranged. I love that you can choose between "normal" and "ambient" lighting in both bathroom and main room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has some extras too: mini bagels, cream cheese and smoked salmon or freshly pressed customized juices.

Great location, staff, breakfast, clean big room with good facility. We had a power issue on 31Jan where it went off for about 3min and then came back on automatically. I reported to the front desk about half to 1 min into the blackout. The important thing is how the staff managed after I reported which was excellent. The problem was identified by technician within 5 to 10min and a new replacement room was found and we were transferred within 30min. Staff were curteous and helpful appologetic even though the fault was not foreseeable or preventable. I received a letter of apology and some token presents (niblies and a bottle of sparkling water) which was very much appreciated. Power fault was bad but the way the staff handled it was great. I would stay there again - no issues.
