"Maya Ubud was breathtaking, it felt like paradise. I loved waking in the morning and going out onto the terrace and hear all the birds. the people were friendly; they couldn't do enough for me. The food was fantastic. The room very clean and room service was awesome. I loved the stay. I had a great time and would go again. The show/dinner was fun. Great place, great scenery, great pool. "The room was comfortable and very clean. Loved that the toilet was separate from the bathtub. The amenities room plus the free lounge were both fantastic but I wish there were more shuttle buses at night as we couldn't get on the last two scheduled buses due to all the people leaving Disney park. "

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and the location near the station was very convenient. The only issue we encountered was the elevator, as the wait times were too long. I hope the hotel can address this to improve the overall guest experience. "

"Hotel is nearby the Disneyland and have free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland station to hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our request as Muslim. He had requested the restaurant to prepare a Muslim friendly food - for our breakfast we had salmon steaks for all of us. Thank you very much for the kind understanding making your hotel as international standard. Well done Hilton!"
