"Fantastic brand new hotel. Super modern, we had a traditional Japanese room and it was immaculate. We stayed in multiple hotels during our Japan trip and we only had 1 night at Tabi for our last night in the country. It was the best hotel we stayed in. Great location close to Ueno station and Kensei-Ueno station. 7-11 is a 2 min walk. Not sure about hotel amenities as we're there only 1 night. Our room had a view of Tokyo Tower which was a bonus. Would 100% stay here again."

"The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. "Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion "
