"The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had...

"チェックイン後に、無料ドリンクを飲みにレストランへ行った時、若い男性スタッフの対応が少し無愛想でした。 でも翌朝、朝食を食べに行った時に対応してくれた湖南省出身の女性スタッフさんがとても親切で、家族写真まで撮ってくれて、とても嬉しかったです。 今回は2LDKの角部屋に宿泊しましたが、景色も本当に良くて、全体的にはとても満足でした。"

"Our family of four loved having a two bedroom and two bathroom suite. With a washing machine/dryer in our room also! The hotel was quiet and the staff were helpful. The early evening happy hours with draft beer and sakes were a nice touch to come back to after a heavy day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!"
