The rate I got was great and it’s conveniently located right at metro exit. But it’s a bit further than I’d like to be from main Shinjuku area, around 25 mins walk. The staffs are a bit on the colder side than other APA I stayed at, perhaps because of language and/or this hotel is too busy.
Good location. Great breakfast buffet choices but not a great range of wine to accompany evening meal. I had a lovely Spanish wine but could only get it by the bottle and it cost ¥8000 that is around £56 at current exchange rate.
Great location in a high energy aras of Shinjuku. A number of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. As an American, I thought the single rooms were tiny and that was a disappointment. However, staff was great, hotel was very clean & the included breakfast was excellent.
Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the East Exit of Shinjuku Station. As ofthers have said, rooms are small but expected for Japan.
The location was perfect! close to several subway stations yet in a quiet area. The hotel is very clean and the standard room is well appointed although not as large as the rooms in North American hotels (but larger than many Japanese hotels). The free "handy" (a smartphone) was very useful for being ...
Amazing location with easy access to all of the Tokyo area through Shimbashi and Shiodome stations, plus walking distance to Tsukiji and Ginza. Everything is modern, clean, functional, and well-designed. In-room amenities including coffee/tea, refrigerator, and bathroom are all excellent. Nice beds ...
Location is great and so is the food and shopping options. Easily able to travel to many places around Tokyo via the JR lines or even the subway metro. Can easily see the Tokyo Skytree and looks splendid to see every day. Staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful, and the room always meets my expectations. ...
