"Located right on the beachfront just across the road, its one of the biggest resort on patong beach. It takes around 15min to walk to the main patong beach area with shops, and massage centres etc. however we wanted to stay in a resort which is not too far from the main beach and area but at the same time is peaceful and serene and Diamond Cliff was the best one for the same. "This hotel was a dream come true. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They are always able to help answer your questions and help you with whatever is needed. The atmosphere of the place makes you feel like you are in Thailand at all times. The decor of the place makes you feel like you are staying in a Thai house and not a resort. I love the rooms and they feel so comfortable. Overall this is one of the best places I ever stayed."

"This was a beautiful property on the beach. I was upgraded to a sea-view room, but I couldn’t really see it because there was another unit obstructing the view. I also had ants in my room and I had to throw out my snacks because of the ants. I also had geckos in my room. They would chirp each morning and night. And a smelly sewer smell would emanate from the bathroom until the staff sprayed some odor spray in the drains. Other than that, it is a nice hotel that has a beautiful breakfast...

"Great hotel for family traveling with kids. We should’ve splurged for the swim in suites. The suites was spacious for family of 4. Amenities included flip flops, swim towels. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options for kids and adults. Adult only pool is 12+ and faces the beach. The beach was spectacular, water was warm, clean and clear"

"This hotel is a 10/10. If you are looking for a true relaxation, peace and quiet this is the place to come. We enjoyed the tranquility. The hotel is truly an oasis. The staff were amazing, welcoming, attentive…top notch service. The room we stayed in was great. We loved that the hotel is away from the chaos but just a close car ride to all the site seeing places and beaches. When the opportunity presents itself we would definitely come back."

"Relatively speaking, for hotels by Old Downtown Phuket the Novotel Hotel is very nice. The staff is professional and very friendly. The reception area is beautiful and impressive. The room was nice and the sleeping area was clean. The bathroom wasn’t properly stocked with paper products. The balcony was dusty and there were bird droppings along the banister. But the view from our balcony was amazing!! All-in-all it was a very very nice stay. "

Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food

"We booked this hotel because the group we were traveling with chose it based on TikTok reviews. For the price point, I think we could have purchased something better. However, we really enjoyed the welcome drink, breakfast, spa, floating lunch, and rooftop dinner. You can tell that this place is trying hard to reinvest into the property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me arrange a welcome anniversary surprise for my wife.
