"Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa โ Phuket โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโ (4/5) I had a beautiful stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. The oceanโview jacuzzi suite was absolutely stunning peaceful, romantic, and one of the highlights of my holiday. The resort grounds are lovely, the views are incredible, and overall itโs a great place to relax. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Staff communication and training could be better, especially when handling guest requests. Some parts of the room and amenities need more thorough cleaning. For example, when I boiled water to make tea, I discovered significant residue and buildup inside the kettle, which shows it hadnโt been properly cleaned. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a 5โstar property. These issues didnโt ruin my stay, but they are important for the resort to address. With better staff training and more attention to cleanliness, Diamond Cliff could easily be a perfect 5โstar experience."
