I had a wonderful stay in lotte hotel Seoul. This is the first time I visit Seoul with my mom, and we both enjoyed the trip a lot especially the hotel staffs they are extremely helpful and so respectful to us in all aspect. Definitely recommended and no doubt will stay here again for my next visit.

Perfect location with subway right outside. Department store with lots of eating options right downstairs. 5 minute walk from heart of Myeongdong. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lotte Hotel Seoul is a beautiful property. Everything was great - amazing breakfast buffet. The staff were so efficient and friendly that we were all amazed. This is definitely a 5-star hotel. Only unpleasant surprise I had was that you had to pay to use the sauna.

Excellent service from start to end. I stayed at the Executive Towers as the rooms are newer. Mattress was fantastic to sleep on. Of course, location was fantastic

The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back.

Room was clean, friendly staff. Concierge was not helpful, we were expecting for great recommendations to visit and places eat. We were given a brochure to figure it out instead of helping make calls and reservations. Unacceptable.
