The property was clean and nice and the staff were pretty nice; however, the time it takes them to reply to my inquiries were not what I expected. I had very urgent questions and they didn’t get back to me in time. The food was also pretty bad. I had signed up for breakfast and it was just not good. The rice was super mushy and sticky, the tocino was salty and the cantaloupe was not fresh at all. I was expecting a more pleasant stay due to the reviews but the food was just acceptable.

The staff is helpful. Mr. Randel on the front desk helped a lot with my room request. Appreciated the coffee sent to me By the manager, I think while I wait for my room. Since it is pandemic, it was different experience but Savoy made it a remarkable one. Thank you.

It was close to the airport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Answered all the questions asked in timely manner. I left my iPad charger in my room, staff found it and was able to keep it for me until we checked back in on our way back to the US. KUDOS to all the staff, thank you!
