Positive: Close to the airport for sure. Negative: Terrible guest service. I am not the type who write reviews but for the awful experience my 62 yo mother had traveling from the US. I am deeply upset over this. My mother takes cardiac medicines, she canโ€™t have it without food bec it upset her stomach. I booked this hotel for my mother as part of the quarantine requirement. I feel responsible why my mother had a terrible experience during her 6 days stay. The food room service always come 2 hours late, she makes many attempts to call but no one answers and if asked why they cannot come on time so she can at least takes her meds. The staff just appears nonchalant and appears uncaring despite the fact my mom have express to them why she can not wait for that unreasonably long period. I will never ever recommend this place to any of my family or friends. My mother ask me not to make a fuss about this bec of the manager named by Gabriel who apparently is the only one who attempt to do the right thing. So I guess, either guest are out of luck if there is no Gabriel on site or maybe he needs to work more hard on his staff attitude. Pandemic or not. Itโ€™s no excuse why we have to act rude, dispassionate. My mother had to depend for almost everything on that hotel for 6 days, basically trap for the quarantine. For the only little thing she had to ask, this place failed to provide. All the meals she ordered she has to pay and are not inclusive. So I expect better service.

I like that it's just right across the airport. I like the way the staff talk and greet the customers. The staff are friendly but I don't like when they made me follow up many times before they deliver my order. Also, they made me wait for our food for 2 hours one time when I ordered food from their restaurant a day ahead, not telling me that my booking didn't include breakfast like our 3 nights of stay and just brought money for change when they didn't even ask if I'll pay cash or charge to my room. (They didn't charge for the breakfast that day because the staff told me that breakfast is included when I asked her when we checked in.) I got so hungry and ended up having a headache because of waiting for my food. I didn't like too that I have to wait for my Grab or outside orders (more than once) delivered to my room 30 minutes to 1 hour and I received my food cold already. I understand that they're lacking of staff but they should at least call and inform us. I was supposed to recommend the hotel to my cousin's husband that's coming for a visit soon but because of our experienced, I changed my mind.

I just completed my 10 day quarantine at the Savoy Hotel Manila. While I wasnโ€™t able to use the hotel facilities due to the quarantine, I was extremely impressed how helpful and friendly all of their staff were. The airport pickup and check-in was smooth. The restaurant orders were always delivered within 20min, and they arranged for an extra early breakfast on the day of check-out. The front-desk was outstanding, at one point ordering and delivering a phone charging cable within an hour, calling the Red Cross when my PCR test result was delayed and getting it within 10min, and printing all my certificates for my next flight. All of their staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, internet access was reliable and quick. Highly recommended!
