The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and it was quiet. Unfortunately there was no real dining option. A large expensive buffet was the only option and no other hotels or restaurants within walking distance. The best part was a shuttle was available for our early morning flight.

We loved the breakfast buffet as it offers a wide selection of Western and Japanese food. We stayed in 4 hotels and for us, Narita Tobu has the best buffet breakfast. They also offer free shuttle service to the airport.

Excellent location..lovely store to shop inside..fabulous souvenirs at reasonable prices! Room was spacious...king bed...mat area with japanese style table...shuttle was fast...took a bit of time to check in as there were alot of customers but staff was very efficient in processing

The air conditioning for all rooms was not working. Upon checking in they didn’t say anything to us. We ended up opening the window even though there was a sign that said not to. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered.

It’s a typical airport hotel but in the middle of nowhere. There is anything around the hotel and no food. After 21:00, if you wanna eat, you are forced to sit in a hall by the reception and order a terrible pizza (16€) or a club sandwich (same price). That’s unacceptable. The room is pretty big and clean and price worths it.
