The personnel is sometimes a bit rude, but the manager is a great guy who we had the honor to meet in person and really addressed our problems with the room. Really happy we paid to stay in a villa - it was unfortunately raining while we were here so the extra space was very appreciate. All to nclusive is definitely the way to go. The buffet was awesome. Would have been nice if there was a larger pool for all guests to use. The bubble tub on our patio was nice and probably never needs but it need it doing our rainy stay to be usable. "
