Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Though it’s not in central Tokyo the train station is very close and only a couple of stops to get to the subway. Would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is. First, I lost my 1 caret diamond earring in the restaurant and a staff member turned it in as soon as it was found so it was returned to me. The room was so clean daily and the staff was so accommodating and kind. The bartender was awesome. It was across the street from the subway for easy transportation. It was a reasonable price and I highly recommend. Thank you Prince Shiomi.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff who speak very good english! Spacious rooms, nice (included) public men and women’s baths. Only 2 min walk to Shiomi station which takes you to Tokyo station within a few stops, providing easy public transit access. The location itself isn’t very central, most places we went to (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Harajuku) were ~45 min train on average. However, the rooms are bigger and cheaper and nicer than if you stayed more central. The attached Family Mart with a side entrance from within the hotel was sooo convenient and nice for when we needed snacks/drinks or a quick meal! Tip for others - once you land, you can bring your luggage to the front desk the same day you check in. We brought our luggage in at 7am to be stored so we could explore, then came back for check-in at 3pm. Another tip: We were going to Osaka & Kyoto afterward for several days then come back to Tokyo before flying out from Haneda. but didn't want to carry too much luggage. Our bags were heavy from souvenirs/shopping. So before check-out we packed 1 suitcase with all our souvenirs/dirty clothes and brought it to the attached Family Mart and paid to have it shipped directly to Haneda airport for us so we could be hands free the rest of the trip. It cost us only approx 3000 yen for a 42lb large suitcase. It varies based on size, weight, distance/location. It was well worth it for us. Must give them 3 days prior to trip to ship it so plan ahead, don’t do it last minute!

The big bath was excellent. Would like some staff to ‘police’ the place for the men’s though. Some guests were not following the rules, for example talking loudly and wearing swimming trunks. I have to accept it is hard to have staff stationed there all the time, but regular patrol should be sufficient. The sauna was way too hot for me. All staff I have met are very friendly and polite. Surprised this is not a 5-star hotel. Service was certainly 5-star. Breakfast - we stayed for for 8 days, so it did get repetitive for us towards the end because the food were the same every single day. It was unfortunate for us that the JR line was suspended one whole morning. Loved the free bottled water every day. Would like more English TV channels instead of just one CNN Japan lol. Netflix shouldn’t be too expensive?
