"All went perfectly, except the access to internet (wifi). it was unstable (from phone) and I couldnt connect using my laptop (you gotta login using a web interface, that somehow allowed to connect but not have internet access)"

Located in Chinatown, it’s close to KLCC, and in Chinatown you can find amazing street food, bars, restaurants and more. If you want to get a good feel of KL, I would recommend starting here. "

"A friend recommended that we stay here and we were not disappointed. It was a large modern apartment, rather than a hotel room. Large living room with spectacular views of the city, fully equiped kitchen including washer and dryer, comfortable bedroom, and large bathroom. Location was excellent and walkable to everywhere we needed."

"Excellent property and staff team. Easy walk to KLCC metro and shopping centre with food hall. Amazing views of the tower (pay for Petronas tower view) but breakfast is only 2* (better to eat elsewhere or buy something to eat). Use Grab for taxi (there is a cash option). Great swimming pool, front desk and apartments with water/dryer and quality bathroom items. Will be my first choice of stay next time I visit KL"

"This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place. "

"Hotel was very good. Its only improvement should be the downstairs waiting area. It should be bigger, preparing for the rise of e-hailing Grab/Uber cars. "

"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, slippers are not provided. On the bright side, the pool is excellent, complete with fun slides. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Twin Towers in KLCC. Plus, there's a Starbucks within a one-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped with information we needed to get around. The breakfast buffet was really good with a variety of choices. It’s walking distance to the Petronas twin tower which was really nice."

"Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "
