    If you upgrade to executive room very nice and clean, rooms on the lower floors are old and need updating.

    Room is hot and stuffy.

    Aircon was not comfortable. Upon arrival room was 31 degrees till next day room was 26 degrees. Stuffy and not comfortable. Called for help but temperature still not down. Technician explains that it depends on surrounding temperature which i dont understand and still not comfortable.

    Convinient as its walking distance from KLCC. Hotel looks old but its a great stay. Will be good if the lights are brighter at the reception, lobby level area and to have a much newer look in the room. Will definitely recommend family and friends.

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel without any issues and the location are superb to get around the attractions within the vicinity.
