"Clean.Comfortable bed+pillows.Courteous friendly staffs reception, bell boys, valet, servers(bfast) and housekeeper. The Coffee lounge was supposedly closed at 8:30pm, but at 7:30pm she had turned off the lights and wrapped up. Special thx to Mr Steven for seeing that my Coffee+Muffins was sent to the Kapitan Dining hall.Bfast: Wide but not tasty. Stale breads and cakes.Nothing would make you go for seconds. Star Suites KLCC

10/10 Cemerlang

"Is near KLCC. Convenient location. Check in smooth and the customer service is helpful and efficient"

Moxy Kuala Lumpur Chinatown

10/10 Cemerlang

"Great location right in the middle of the city, within walking distance of Masjid Jamek LRT station. There are also so many nice cafés and restaurants nearby, which makes it really convenient for exploring the area. The room has a nice contemporary design — stylish, clean, and comfortable. The bed was really comfy, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The croissants and other pastries were delicious, especially when they were served fresh and hot from the oven! The service was superb. Soo from the Front Desk was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. She definitely made the experience even better. The only downside for me was the swimming pool. It’s quite small and unfortunately not very kid-friendly, so families with children might find it a little disappointing. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Moxy KL and would definitely consider coming back, especially for the location, stylish rooms, delicious breakfast, and excellent service."

I tried to order coffee to chill and enjoy the evening at rooftop, but was denied by staff.Nxt time I’ll try another place for a staycation."
