Close to 2 train stations most sites only 2 stops away. Convenience store on premises. Pool lovely to cool off but very hot during day. Breakfast good lots of options but busy when tour group is there..staff lovely. Some food was cold even though we were there at opening. Need to keep lids closed or on heat. Overall loved our stay there.

Generally I’m happy with everything. Place was clean. Quite peaceful but I suggest to not take level 4 rooms as they are too close to the dining area which was on level 3. Can get quite disturbing with the noise. What stopped me from giving an excellent review this time round was that the door to the room was not working for our 3 days 2 nights stay there. We reported at least twice or thrice and was told that it would be looked into but sadly it was not addressed. Basically we could not lock the door. Upon closing anyone could just open it and walk in. We had to put everything in a safe and brought some valuables around with us. We could have asked for another room but we really really really had faith in the efficiency of the hotel. I used to have no issue with staying here but that incident has made me rethink any future decision.
