"While the room itself was a bit small, it was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We especially liked the pajamas provided. The hotel is nice and the lobby/lounge area is a great place to hang out. Be prepared, the area of Shinduku is a little gritty, but we felt safe in and around the hotel. We also want to acknowledge the staff. We left our valuables behind in our safe and all were held and recovered the next day. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the service of the staff was superb. Clean and spacious room (which is rare for Tokyo), the layout and furnishings was amazing. They even have a spa/bathhouse within the hotel that is free for guests. The train station is very close to the hotel, but otherwise there isn't much around the hotel in walkable distance. They do have a family mart within the hotel for convenience though which we highly appreciated."

"After a long flight from London this was a great idea to stay in a airport hotel.The rooms are spacious pjs included all toiletries so you don't even have to unpack,great breakfast in the morning included.you are able to get all the travel cards you need at the airport to start your stay . Would definitely recommend "
