The staff were always very helpful. They were able to have our large luggage transferred to the airport 4 days ahead of our departure so we didn’t have to take it all with us to Kyoto. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious with a beautiful view of Tokyo. All the toiletries were a bonus too!

Offering breakfast and meals all day with very pricey food! It has not that convenient to reach. It took us 3 hours from airport to there using the airport shuttle. So we found a different hotel that can reach the airport use subway directly!
