"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"It's ok, but bath didn't have hot water, and the pool had kids lessons that we weren't told about. Pool changing rooms weren't great. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Parking was available, which made everything much more convenient. I also had a great time at the pool and truly enjoyed the day overall. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again."

"I loved the hotel, but I must have misunderstood the aircon in 3124 because I set it and went to sleep, only to wake up sweating because it had not changed all night long. My fault for not having asked someone I guess, but maybe it'd be good to let folks know how to work the aircon"
