"I Reserved a room with double bed, but when I checked in they told that it was not available. I told them that I reserved this kind of room and I paid more to have a room with double beds. When I higher my voice and I told them that I will not stay in a room with a queen bed I don’t know how the correct room appears. They need to be more honest with customers and need to know what does it mean customer service. Never again"

"Clean room, super helpful staff (let us leave our bags so we could explore before heading to Heathrow), great location, honestly for a few nights in London it was perfect! They did really well to make use of the smaller spaces in each room. All needs met, even AC!"

"Absolutely gem, the superior room is super spacious with an incredibly comfy big bed, beautiful bedding with sumptuous linens, high-quality pillows and duvet. I’m always dubious when rooms are called soundproof but this really was. We were in the first floor and it was silent - a miracle in central London! "If you are sharing a room for 2 people I would not recommend this place unless you each get your own room. It was very small and hard to move around. We had no toilet paper so I went downstairs to ask for one. The receptionist said ok someone will bring it. Nope! I had to go back down from the 3rd floor and asked if she can just hand it to me. It’s a great location but not recommended if sharing with someone."
