Very Good location and a lovely hotel close to the London eye and the south bank
The views are absolutely breathtaking, hotel staff are all amazing and so friendly, very impressed by the hotel, 5 stars! *****
Lovely hotel, right beside Tower Bridge on the river Thames Staff were pleasant and efficient. Afternoon tea and breakfast were beautiful. Room was small but clean and comfortable, serviced daily.
Fantastic hotel, great service all around, super central location. Absolutely loved the Scarves Bar and Glenlivet Bar they had. Would 100% stay here again!
Newly renovated rooms are fantastic; king room with large bed, espresso machine, rain shower and room to move around. Was perfect for us for days.
Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Service, food, drinks and staff were excellent in the restaurant, Dandelyn, Rumpus Room, and Den.
Bed too soft and one of the pllug sockets didn't work.
Nice hotel, good view across the Thames from our room.
Ali at reception provided us with an excelent service and an upgrade more convenient for our needs! Danny at concierge, helps us by finding a video camara left behind in a taxi... The restaurant offered delicious breakfast, tapas and tea with all the trimmings! Truly, a JOY!
