Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Richmond

"The hotel was conveniently located near the Kew Gardens (grabbed a bus which was so easy). They first put me in a room that was extremely hot and had no working AC (top floor which was already hot). No way I could sleep sweating so thankfully they put me in another room where the AC worked perfectly. I don't know how they couldn't know that it wasn't working which I found frustrating since maneuvering around this hotel isn't easy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. "

"Absolutely fantastic, the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The hotel and grounds are first class. Food in the restaurant and bar is very well presented and delicious. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. If you're ever in Horsley this hotel is definitely worth staying in. A short walk from the hotel is the towers, a stately hall with stunning surroundings. The rates for the room is excellent value for money. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be booking another...
