"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"Rooms need updating. Furniture is worn, curtains are very dusty. Our room had very visible signs of a leak in the ceiling. Waits for elevators are long and be prepared to stop at every floor going up and down. Despite the variety, breakfast is lacking in flavor. Coffee is instant, no creamer options. Ended up skipping altogether after the first morning and spent additional money elsewhere. The view of Tower Bridge is great and proximity to Tower Hill tube is a plus. This hotel is just “ok”. "It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good."

"The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s. Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed...

"Excelente hotel, con una ubicación ideal, en una zona segura a pocos pasos de la abadía de Westminster, del St. James Park, de una estación del metro, de un par de Pubs y de muchas atracciones. Buen desayuno, completo y abundante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero limpias y bien presentadas. El personal es de lo mejor y muy amable, en todas las áreas. Precio justo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente."

The double bed sheet was very creased and had body fluid stains in the middle of the bed. The sofa bed also was dirty. I went down to the bar reception ask there was a duty manager and told her that bed sheet was not change. She immediately informed housekeeper to rectify the problem.
