Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. "Amazing little hideway just within easy walking distance of West Malling, the hosts were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable on arrival, we purchased the firepit kit which was beautifully presented and included marshmallows and all your fire starting essentials, perfect for a quiet evening under the night skies. "We stayed two weeks here, making this spot our hub for our sightseeing outings around south of England. The room we had was spacious overlooking a very large garden creating a sense of being at "home" rather than feeling trapped in a hotel. Staff lives on the ground and are very helpful. Ample parking space so easy parking for larger SUVs. There are supermarkets close by, so there is an easy supply of fresh fruits and vegetable during our stay. Nice pubs nearby.
