"Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too. We felt very secluded and private."

"The shepherds hut I stayed in for one night was so warm and cosy, it was like staying in a giant wendy house. I would have liked face to face contact with the host, but I guess thats a "sign of the times" Beautiful view of the countryside. "

It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "We stayed in the Helyk lodge and it was beautiful, we walked through the door and I was blown away with how spacious the place felt. Everything we needed when we arrived, tea, milk and biscuits in a gorgeous welcom pack. The whole place was spotless and the shower was amazing. The courtyard garden is enclosed and private, there's a large picnic bench and a big hot tub. It felt so special and an added bonus to the holiday.
