"Accommodation was generally as described although we understand that the swimming pool is only available to guests at extra cost payable to the Park Dean Resort - this was not clear to us from the listing which advertises swimming pool in the headline. In the end, we did not use the swimming pool and went to the beach instead. Guests need to be aware that no bedding sheets or towels are provided so you need to remember to take your own (the host said that you can also hire these from the resort...

"Our hosts were wonderful throughout our stay. Very helpful, kind and friendly. A beautiful location surrounded by farmland animals like sheep, cows, chickens and goats. Highly recommend to anyone. We will hopefully be back to stay in the tents for a big family holiday "

"I was away for work and my fiancees nan had passed away the day before my travel so she joined me for a few days on this trip. The first evening was lovely and sunny and we went and watched the sunset and had tea out, when returning to the cabin we found the other cabins were now hosting guests. We had a nice evening and went to sleep, we were then woken at 5am by the most horrific argument we had ever heard that went on for a full 90 minutes between the crack heads that had booked the other two...

"Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too. We felt very secluded and private."

"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."

"I took my two boys away without my better half for the first time for a lads adventure. This could not have been a better experience for us! The check in was a bit stressful as when we arrived we couldn't get in the pod, but this was completely the fault of Expedia, not the host. As a result we walked a short distance to the farm and the problem was sorted out immediately and we were in. It actually worked out well as it introduced us to the owners, and they could give us some local tips etc...
