"Hotel property and service staff were excellent. Unfortunately even after providing my credit card at check-in I was not allowed to charge to my room (very annoying). Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. The hotel was Good but not Excellent. "

"We had a pleasant stay. Only downside was that we booked the property because we wanted one with a pool. The pool was very very cold and we couldn’t stay in for more than 2 minutes because of this. We then decided we would go in the sauna to warm up and the sauna smelled as if the wood was actually burning. Too hot to even breathe in there so we swiftly exited. The steam room was much better in terms of temperature. The room was very clean apart from a brown coffee-like stain on the bedsheet....

"We really like this hotel. It was within walking distance to the sights of London. There was some quirkiness about the hotel. Firstly the fire-door down the hall would announce the comings and goings or hotel guests with a bang, at all hours of the night which didn't help us sleep. The second thing was the hotel staff could not repair the hotel in my room, they offered to change the room, but do you really want to move once you've unpacked? Our view was of the alleyway between buildings, not...

"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. "This hotel was centrally located and very convenient to the "Tube" for easy transport. The hotel was clean and the A/C worked very well (our preferenced). They also offer coffee, tea and an "hydration" area that offer empty bottles to refill with water 24/7! Rooms are not the biggest, but comfortable. Would stay here again!"
