"Super nice hotel workers and very clean property and rooms (rooms are smaller tho).
Location is great - super close to shows in the West End (I even caught the West End Live free concert in Trafalgar square) and about 20-min walkable to big monuments like Big Ben and the British Museum. The reception area is pretty nice too: had a bar and you can order food for lunch and dinner for under 15 £. But I would say the hotel workers are the nicest - super amenable to requests like extra towels,...

"Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."

If you check in after 3pm there is a chance you will get a room that isn’t like that pictures - when I request to get another room a man was not very helpful or pleasant to speak with but when I went back and spoke to a woman she resolved the issue very quickly and smoothly. No face towels, but the location was good."

"Lovely location. Room a bit dated and not always in a charming or characterful way - e.g. brown patterned carpet, likely from the 1980s.
At check out I was asked for a 15 pound a night “tip” or service charges and to cover lobby and door staff! I felt awkward asking for it to be removed from the account, but really at 250+ a night I expect staff to be part of the deal. Is tipping at hotel really to become a normal thing in London?"

"First trip to London, and I’ll definitely be back here when I come back, the location was perfect, so close to Hyde park and Paddington station.
Staff was lovely, friendly and the breakfast was great!
