"Rooms are clean to an extent but under the beds are filthy. We tend to have to push the beds closer together where ever we stay because my kids toss and turn a lot when they sleep and I worry they may fall off and hurt themselves as the beds are quute high. So please Orida maybe hover under the beds once in a while. Other than that everything is always perfect. Great pool and jaccuzi and gym, also sauna and steam room, so much to do at your stay here. Friendly staff, a clean room, and very comfortable beds. There is also plenty of parking available right outside, which was very convenient. We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room.
During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely...

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. This is a five hundred year old building so don't expect a Premier inn with nice even floors and shiny paintwork, however if you want a pub hotel with real character this place is a gem. Every member of staff was great and couldn't do enough to make the stay perfect. Unfortunately we didn't get to have a meal there but the breakfast is absolutely worth getting up for. We will be back. "
