Top Tower of London Hotel Reviews
Rockwell East
10/10 Excellent
"The property was very clean. However, we found it a bit tricky to locate the hotel as there are no large signs outside. The nearest station is Tower Hill, which is about a 7-minute walk away. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was very spacious and very clean, with plenty of windows (we were on the top floor). It included a small fridge, an oven, and a washing machine (though there was no dryer).
The hotel is situated next to train tracks, but we could hardly hear any noise from the trains. The air conditioning in our room worked great. The hotel’s location is excellent; it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Tower of London and 7 minutes to the subway station.
The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. One thing I noticed is that there’s no phone in the room to call reception. You either have to use your personal phone or go downstairs to speak to them. We would definitely stay here again!"
"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"
