"This was truly the best place I stayed in a while. From the moment you ent r you feel seen and respected. Rooms nice with every thing you could possibly need from umbrellas to plug adapters. Hue greeted us every day with a smile. Offered to take our pictures. Came home every afternoon to a freshly cleaned apartment. As much coffee and water as you like. Just a wonderful experience. "

"We stayed at The Lalit over the May Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel and location were 1st class. The staff were friendly and professional. Proximity to London Bridge Station meant London was very easily accessible by Underground. Location by Tower Bridge is ideal for walks along the river to see the sights. We has a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend The Lalit. "

"The room was very clean and staff friendly and helpful, all transactions went smoothly and everyone working there either at the bar or restaurant was all so very nicely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet could use some more substantial variety of items, but the drinks menu was superb with their selection of teas and the teas themselves being awesomely tasty delightful."

"Hotel is in a nice location and very quiet. However a few things need improvement in the room. Hotel is in UK. There is no UK plug in the bathroom even though they supply a UK plug hairdryer. So you have to use your hairdryer on one of the nightstands or desk and can’t plug anything else in the bathroom?? No washcloths ever so makes showering hard. Also nice heavy duvet on bed BUT it gets very hot. Would be nice to have a sheet or light blanket to use instead."

"The Counting house was in a great location. We were in walking distance of many markets, sights and transportation. Our room was clean and the heat and air worked well. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room with a set menu and/or buffet station. Coffee and tea maker in room with a small fridge. Ate in pub twice and food was good. There is a small lift, two people two suitcases size. And depending on your room, a couple of stairs in between the lift and room....

"Our room was perfect for a cozy week stay in London. Service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable about local activities. Special shout out to PRINCE and Sandeep for singing to my new Fiancé in celebration of our engagement! We will definitely be staying here and dining again on our next trip to London!
