"Lovely bed, clean room and really positive staff. However the maintenance of the hotel was lacking. Our TV was VERY wonky on the wall, sockets were damaged and “pushed back” into their face plates. Vending machines out of order. So so the good, silly things let it down. For the price point, won’t be staying again as there is better, but if location is important, it is a good hotel with excellent staff and service level."

"1st time staying at this hotel, chose a suite as it was a special occasion. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Suite was very clean, spacious and had everything we required. Hotel staff offered a very warm welcome every time we entered the hotel, and we extremely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was slightly disorganised with staff trying to charge us, when full breakfast options were already included in our Suite booking. But once resolved, breakfast was very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend staying here if you wish to be near London Bridge or Tower Bridge; The Shard: or Borough Market. London Bridge Tube station is located nearby."

"Excellent as always! Canopy by Hilton London is now our go to hotel. Staff are friendly, polite providing an exceptional service. We stayed in 2025 one weekend for our engagement and the hotel went above and beyond to make this special not to forget the stylish rooms and being close proximity to prime spots. On this occasion we were lucky enough to be ‘Guests of the day’ which meant we received a complimentary upgrade and a couple of perks! Thank you Canopy!"

"Great location for our trip, 5-10 minute steady stroll to the Tower Hill tube station, great being so close to Tower Bridge to wander around the area at night to see it all lit up. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. (Concierge from Manchester sorry forgot your name but fantastic service and nice to have a chat with) if I had one point to mention it would be the spa area, great size pool and great to have sauna, spa and steam room but all were rather colder than I like, spa and sauna especially but that wouldn’t stop me booking here for my next London trip. In fact it’s highly likely I will rebook here again."

"Staff was very helpful. I like their buffet breakfast and their restaurant. You don't have to go out after a hectic day tour. You can just eat in their hotel restaurant. Food were good and so with price. The only thing we hate was their bathroom sink. It's not draining properly. It took forever. Soo disgusting."

"The cons: Stayed during a heat wave. The AC cannot keep up so room was still quite warm. The gym is also severely lacking for a business focused hotel. The pros: Excellent location, rooms are decent, and the breakfast is amazing (albeit pricey at £20). The “meh”: The beds are hard and the pillows lack structure."
