"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. "The room we were provided had a shower that did not drain. In a few minutes, the shower became flooded and overflowed into the bathroom. When we reported this problem to the staff, they were able to clean the floor and provide a fan but did not fix the drainage issue and did not provide us with a new room. "This is our second stay at The LaLit London and we were just as impressed this time as we were the last. The staff are very friendly and the room was spacious and accommodating. The daily breakfast is also a fantastic way to start the day. We particularly like that the hotel is outside the centre of London so less hustle and bustle but with easy access to public transport to get around as needed. We look forward to rebooking The LaLit for our next stay in London."
